What is e-fitback?

e-fitback is a medical monitoring application used by your healthcare institution. It allows you to establish a follow-up and a privileged link with your health establishment while allowing you to securely exchange administrative and medical information from home.

What should I do on e-fitback?

Your institution may ask you to carry out several actions online:
  • Carry out your pre-admission, so that you do not have to go to the establishment for these formalities.
  • Read the instructions before your hospitalisation thanks to the provision of documents or checklists.
  • Carry out your follow-up after hospitalisation, through follow-up questionnaires to ensure the link with your healthcare team.

How do I log in?

You are using a computer: the web version of the application is compatible with all browsers.

You use a smartphone: e-fitback mobile applications are also available free of charge :
  • On Android via the Google Play Store, from version 4.1. This version is compatible with smartphone and tablet.
  • On iOS via the app Store, from version 9.0. This version is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
You can log in using the identifier provided by the application when you created your account.

When activating your account, you will have defined your personal password to be used for all your connections.

Where do I find my credentials?

Your identifiers were generated during your registration.

Your institution has created an account for you: An identifier and an temporary password have been communicated to you at the e-mail address or by SMS to the mobile phone number you have communicated to your health establishment.

You have created your own account: your login will have been confirmed when you registered to the platform.

If you have forgotten your identifier, you can request it from your health establishment.

I never logged on. How do you do it?

If you have received an e-mail with your login details: click on the "I activate my account" button in the e-mail. The link will automatically redirect you to the activation page. You will then need to create a personal password. Once your password has been created, your account will be activated and you will be able to access your patient space.

If you have received an SMS with your login details: go to the login page and enter your identifier in the "Identifier" field and then your temporary password in the "Password" field. You will then need to create a personal password. Once your password has been created, your account will be activated and you will be able to access your patient space.

I can't remember if I activated my account or not.

If you have an temporary password, you can try to activate your account on the login page.
  • If you have already activated your account, the system will notify you.
  • If your account is not yet activated: you will be guided through the activation process.
  • If your temporary password has expired: you will be able to request a new temporary password and then activate your patient account.

I forgot my password. How do I do that?

If you can't remember your password, go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password" button. The application will ask you for your login and depending on the details in your patient account, you will be able to reset your password by e-mail or SMS :
  • If you choose to reset your password by e-mail: you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when you registered. This e-mail contains a link that automatically redirects you to the new password creation page.
  • If you choose to reset your password by SMS: you will receive an SMS containing a temporary code to be entered in the next screen. You can then create a new password.

When am I allowed to create my account?

In some cases, your healthcare institution allows patients to create their own accounts. A blue banner is then displayed on the login page with the words "I don't have a patient account, I create my e-fitback account".

You can create your account only if your health care institution has expressly requested it. In the other case, an account has already been created for you by your healthcare institution and your login details have been sent to you by email and/or SMS.

Is e-fitback a secure application?

e-fitback is a secure application whose data is hosted by a data hosting company approved by the Ministry of Health.
